Biography
Dr. Schuler has worked as a theorist and practitioner in the Organizational Development space for over 15 years. Facilitating strategic imperatives for organizations of all shapes and sizes in myriad domains, he takes a human-centered design approach to create psychological safety as a pre-cursor to change management initiatives. Mike is a member of the American Psychological Association and at Aquinas has taught Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, and Ethics in the Masters of Management program.
