Biography

Mallory E. Miller (she/her/hers) is the Career Coach for the Aquinas College Advantage Center. Mallory received her undergraduate degree from the Residential College in the Arts and Humanities at Michigan State University and completed a Master of Higher Education degree from Grand Valley State University.

Mallory’s career in Student Affairs has been focused on advancing DEI initiatives and supporting students in their personal, professional, and educational pursuits. Previously, Mallory worked in housing, academic advising, and social justice roles at Grand Valley State University in addition to her years with Aquinas College where she served in the Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity and most recently as the Assistant Dean of Student Life and Title IX Coordinator. Before her career in higher education, Mallory worked corporately in the fields of finance, legal affairs, and hospitality business.

Mallory enjoys engaging students in the exploration of identity, personal empowerment, and identifying methods to positively impact their communities. She is passionate about communicating across differences to foster empathy and advocacy. Mallory’s career history and strong professional network allow her to effectively guide students as they discern their vocational path. Mallory is enthusiastic about joining our team and supporting our Aquinas community!
