Responsibilities

Campus Logistics delivers products and supplies to all campus facilities (everything from copy paper to office furnishings and lab equipment), along with support for special events on and off-campus. We also assist with individual and departmental office moves and upgrades, and with logistical support for new construction and renovations on campus.

Service and Support Requests

Event Equipment and Support is requested through Conferencing Services

Office paper and other supplies are requested through the Campus Logistics Form or via e-mail to maint.requests@aquinas.edu or phone to (616) 632-2937.

Office moves are requested via the Office Moves Request Form. (Note: All office moves must be approved by the supervising Vice President at least two weeks in advance to coordinate physical moves with information and communication technology support.)
