LOGISTICS AND DRIVE IN SCHEDULE

Move-In for New Students to Aquinas (First-Year and Transfer Students for Fall 2026)

**An email will be sent out to all new students regarding move-in instructions.**

Move-in will take place on August 13 for New Students. All students will check in at the Check-In Station first and then be directed to their residence hall. If you are unable to arrive during the scheduled move-in time, please complete the Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

Move-in for new students participating in STAR on August 12 will occur on August 11 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

All students will first check in at our Campus Safety Office, then be directed to their residence hall.

If you plan to move in on your STAR day, please complete the Special Arrival Request Form to let our team know.

Move-In for Students Participating in the STEM Program

Plan to move in to your assigned campus housing on Monday, August 10, between
10 and 11 a.m. Check in at the front desk at Regina Hall to collect your keys and
information packet. Volunteers will be available to help you move items into the
dormitory beginning at 10 a.m., but not before then, so please plan to arrive at 10
a.m. at the earliest.

Move-In for Returning Students

Move-in for returning students will occur on August 14 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. All students will check in at the Library before heading to their residence hall. Returning students who are not able to move in on August 14 should complete the Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements. Aquinas welcomes all returning students to join our community for Welcome Week. More details about Welcome Week are coming soon!

Student Athletes

Fall athletes will receive move-in date & time information from their coach.

  • Women's Volleyball and Women's Soccer will move in on August 2
  • Men's Soccer will move in on August 9
Students who need to request a different time should complete the Special Arrival Request Form to request special move-in arrangements.

If you have a question regarding your arrival date as a Fall Athlete, please email reslife@aquinas.edu.

Global Students

Once you have arrived on campus, please go to the Campus Safety office to complete move-in procedures.

Returning Students in Leadership or Involvement Roles

Returning students who serve in leadership or involvement roles at the College (OLs, DAs, Front Desk Staff, etc.) that could potentially necessitate a special move-in should consult with the department that sponsors the opportunity.

  • Resident Assistant Staff: July 31 (Check-in at Campus Safety)
  • Bridge Staff: Coming Soon
  • Diversity Assistants: Coming Soon
  • Front Desk Staff: August 7-10 (Check-in at Campus Safety)

Additional Move-In Information and Logistics

It is important that families aim to arrive as close as possible to their scheduled time. This helps us stagger move-in and encourage a smooth process.
