Commencement Ticket Information

Commencement Tickets

To help you and your loved ones celebrate this important milestone, each graduate can get up to six (6) tickets to the commencement ceremony being held in Sturrus. You can also request up to four (4) tickets to the alternate viewing location in the Kretschmer Recital Hall in the Arts & Music Center (AMC) where the ceremony will be livestreamed on video.

For loved ones not in attendance at one of those places, we will be offering professional live video of the event on Aquinas College's YouTube channel.

All attendees are required to have a ticket to enter the event. Lost tickets cannot be replaced or reprinted.

Ticket Pick Up

Graduates can pick up their commencement tickets at GradFest on April 17, 2023 from noon to 2 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m in the Wege Ballroom. A student ID is required to pick up tickets. If you are unable to attend GradFest, please contact Sarah Bruursema at (616) 632-2171 or to make arrangements to pick up your tickets from AB Room 107.

Tickets must be picked up by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 21.

Extra Tickets

Requests for extra tickets can be made through this Google form that will be active the day of Grad Fest, April 17. Graduates will be limited to two extra tickets each (in the order the forms were received) until the supply runs out.

Starting Monday, April 24, students will be notified via email if they will receive extra tickets and when they can be picked up. Again, ID is required for picking up tickets.

Accessible Seating Tickets

Accessible seating is located in various areas of the commencement ceremony facility for the convenience of access to entrances/exits, restrooms, water, and assistance from AQ personnel (if requested). An accessible seating area will be offered on the main floor for individuals with mobility impacts who request this in advance (by GradFest, April 17) using this form. Tickets will be picked up at GradFest, April 17.

Instructions and arrival times for individuals requesting accommodations will be sent via email prior to the commencement events. Due to limited capacity, only the person needing accommodations and one additional guest may sit in the designated accessible seating area. These seats count toward your allotted in-person tickets.

Graduates can email any questions or concerns related to commencement accommodations to Dr. Christine DeWildt, Coordinator of Accessibility Services, at
