Grand Rapids, Mich. - Aquinas College alumnus and Brimley, Mich., native, Coby MacMaster
was accepted into the Bill Clinton School of Public Service at the University of Arkansas.
MacMaster, 21, is one of the youngest ever admitted to the program. The typical age
of students enrolled in the program is 27 to 30.
MacMaster graduated from Aquinas College in May 2014 with a degree in community leadership, and an emphasis in sustainability. MacMaster will begin his studies at the School of Arkansas in August 2014.
Established in 2004, The University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Services was the first school in the nation to offer a Master of Public Service (MPS) degree. The program is a two-year graduate program with a real world curriculum that focuses on the areas of nonprofit, governmental, volunteer or private sector services. While learning valuable lessons in the classroom, Clinton School students also complete “hands-on” public service projects, ranging from local work in Arkansas communities, to international projects on all of the world’s six inhabited continents.
