Aquinas College announces that Melvene J. Tardy was hired as the new Director of Alumni
and Parent Relations, effective April 30, 2001.
Tardy comes to Aquinas with a background in business administration and project management. Tardy graduated from Aquinas College's Continuing Education program in 1987 with an educational focus on Organizational Behavior and Industrial Psychology.
Tardy is currently working on planning a fun and active Homecoming Weekend, which provides faculty, staff, students, alumni, and parents an opportunity to join together and share their Aquinas pride. Homecoming 2001 will run from Friday, September 28 to Sunday, September 30. She is also enthusiastically working to re-establishing the many projects and programs sponsored by the Alumni and Parent Relations Office, which is part of the overall Development Department, and Aquinas College Alumni Association.
