Experts to discuss the state of the economy & outlook for 2015

Aquinas College will host the “Economic Symposium: State of the Economy & Outlook for 2015,” featuring experts in economics. Panelists include Dr. Adel Abadeer, professor of economics at Calvin College and expert in new institutional economics, cultural economics and development economics; Dr. John Lunn, professor of economics at Hope College and expert in microeconomics and economic theory; Dr. Brad Stamm, professor of economics and chair of the business division at Cornerstone University; and Dr. Todd Yarbrough, professor of economics at Aquinas College and applied microeconomist with an emphasis on state and local governance. Dr. Stephen Barrows, associate professor of economics at Aquinas College will moderate.

The Economic Symposium is free and open to the public. Interested attendees are invited to register at aquinas.edu/economicsymposium.

WHEN: Wednesday, November 12, 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. A continental breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m. followed by the panel presentations and Q & A from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
