Academic Inspiration

Academic Building
Originally constructed in 1955 as the Administration Building, the Academic Building stands as a landmark of Aquinas College's mid-century period of growth and expansion. At the heart of campus life, “AB” serves as a central hub for faculty offices, classrooms, and administrative functions.

Albertus Magnus Hall of Science
Albertus Magnus Hall of Science is an LEED Gold-certified, 89,195-square-foot science building designed to inspire future scientists. After a $58 million renovation and expansion in 2021, the facility more than doubled in size to support research, collaboration, and discovery on campus.

Grace Hauenstein Library
The Grace Hauenstein Library is your campus hub for research, academic support, and librarian-assisted learning. It's a great place to study and is open seven days a week. The library offers subject guides and database access to interlibrary loan services, archives, and reservable study rooms for students and faculty.

Our Lady Seat of Wisdom
Our Lady Seat of Wisdom Chapel, which seats 250 people, is at the “heart” of the campus and a focal point across from the Holmdene building. Since its completion and dedication in 2017, it has been the main place for Mass, prayer, worship, and spiritual life for the college community.
Performing Arts

Kretschmer Recital Hall
The Kretschmer Recital Hall is located on the lower level of the Aquinas College Art and Music Center. With a 200-person capacity, this is the preferred space for many campus events: from concerts and recitals to speaking engagements events like the Contemporary Writers Series.

Performing Arts Center
The Performing Arts Center is one of the most unique facilities at Aquinas College because of its community collaborations. The collaboration is between four entities: the Aquinas College Theatre Program, Circle Theatre, Catholic Central High School, and West Catholic High School.
Athletic Venues

Coach Bo Court
Coach Bo Court is the main venue for competitions and events at the Sturrus Sports & Fitness Center. It is home to the Saints basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, and dance teams. The facility opened in 2010 after a major investment in campus athletics and wellness. It offers modern seating for about 2,000 spectators, along with updated scoreboards, locker rooms, and training areas.

Sturrus Fitness Center
The Sturrus Fitness Center (a.k.a., the weight room) is on the upper level of the Sturrus Building. A community-led renovation was completed in 2024 with better equipment and a new floor plan. The cardio section was redesigned to work better, and the weight-lifting area includes tower cable machines and a full free weight area with new benches, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and slam balls.
Alksnis Athletic & Recreation Building
The Alksnis Athletics & Recreation Building, attached to the Sturrus Sports & Fitness Center, is home to the men's and women's indoor track and field teams. It has one of only two 200-meter NCAA-certified tracks in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference. It features a turf infield and portable equipment for baseball, softball, and lacrosse.Outdoor Athletic Field
The Aquinas College Athletic Field is a turf stadium with a capacity of 2,000 and serves as the home of the Saints' men's and women's lacrosse and men's and women's soccer programs.
