"New Frontiers in Diversity: Beyond 'Getting Along'" is the title of the talk to be given by Victor Lewis, educator, trainer and activist, on Wednesday, October 15 at 7 p.m. in the Aquinas Wege Student Center Ballroom.

The award-winning film "The Color of Fear: Dismantling Racism," will be shown on Wednesday, October 8 and Monday, October 13 at 7 p.m. in the Aquinas Cook Carriage House. Lewis is best known for his inspiring leadership role in development of the film. These outstanding events are sponsored by Aquinas College Multicultural Affairs Office and the Woodrick Institute. Lewis, founder and director of the Center for Diversity Leadership in Berkley, California, aims to provide organizations with effective ways of meeting the challenge of diversity in organizations by conducting seminars and training programs throughout the United States and abroad. He is co-author of "Beyond the Color of Fear: Dismantling Racism," a facilitation and discussion guide for use in institutions wishing to integrate the film into their curricula and training programs.
